The staff at ComPro is certified to work on the Marketplace. The Health Insurance Marketplace is the website (healthcare.gov) to apply and enroll in health insurance plans that will determine if you are eligible for financial assistance to reduce your monthly premiums and to lower your out-of-pocket costs.

We will assist you in completing your Marketplace application, understanding your eligibility results, and selecting the benefit plan that best fits your needs.

Looking at all of the benefit options is confusing. You will appreciate the expert advice that ComPro delivers. We want to be your trusted resource. We’ve got you covered.

Marketplace Eligibility

Eligibility is based on your estimated modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) for the next calendar year. For most people, MAGI is equal to adjusted gross income that is reported on your tax return plus non-taxable Social Security Benefits. This means that you will have to estimate next year’s income as you complete your application. If your estimated income changes during the year, you can update the information on the Marketplace website.

Those whose MAGI is between 100% and 400% of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for financial assistance. Household size is determined by your tax filing status. Family members that are included on your health insurance plan through the Marketplace must be your tax dependents. A child that is not your tax dependent can not be included on your Marketplace plan.
