PRESIDENT
Brian is the president of ComPro. His focus is in employee benefit plan designs and presentation to existing and potential clients. Doing this well means understanding the client's business and expectations AND knowing the insurance carriers and the products. Brian began his insurance career in 1982. Longevity like this is achieved through integrity, relationships with clients, agent partners and insurance carriers. Brian is involved in several civic and church organizations as well as the state and national associations of Health Underwriters.
KAYLA NORTHUP
GROUP MARKETING SPECIALIST
Kayla's job is to find the best products for our clients. The insurance marketplace frequently changes; carriers introduce new plan designs and modify existing plans, networks change, pricing strategies are adjusted. Kayla evaluates the quotes that are received for each of ComPro's clients so that they will have the assurance that all available options have been considered for their employee benefit plans and that we have worked to obtain competitive pricing. Kayla is a licensed agent.
LISA TAYLOR
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lisa is the friendly smile that greets callers and guests. She demonstrates ComPro's dedication to service by meeting their needs quickly and accurately. Lisa is responsible for quoting the employer sponsored plans and the individual/family plans. She also provides much of the background support that is needed to complete the business processes at ComPro.

CHRISTINE MCPIKE
VICE PRESIDENT & INDIVIDUAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Chris specializes in health insurance products for individuals and families who are not insured through an employer sponsored plan. Her knowledge of the available individual health insurance products gives clients the expertise they need to make informed decisions. Chris brings 20+ years of managerial experience to ComPro and utilizes it to establish and assure that standards of excellence are upheld in our service. She is a CPA & a licensed agent.
MELISA HAESSLER
GROUP SERVICE SPECIALIST
Melisa is 100% committed to customer service. She is the "go to" person for helping our employer groups enroll new employees and handle administrative matters. She spends the majority of her time assisting insured employees and their families resolve issues with claims. She knows the people and the processes at the insurance carriers that enable her to get the job done. Prior to joining ComPro, Melisa worked in the life insurance industry and earned the LUTCF designation.
